The One 23 Group, a Virginia-based Government Contractor, seeks a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect, Journeyman, local to the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Requirements: Support deployment of information technology (IT) equipment dispatched to critical incident sites and to special events. Be on stand-by 24x7x365 to respond to critical incidents. Support executive HW/SW installations, moves, additions and changes (IMAC). Provide tier II HW/SW troubleshooting support Service Desk issues. Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of equipment (e.g., server(s), workstation laptops, printers, and all other related LAN support devices). Provide desk side hardware and software technical services and support to DOJ Executive Level users. Support executive HW/SW installations, moves, additions and changes (IMAC). Perform site surveys and visits as necessary to facilitate orderly functionality. Provide periodic weekend or after-hours support. Surge 5 parallel events per component. Document SOT actions. Qualifications: 5-8 years of relevant IT experience. Required hardware support: Firewalls: Cisco PIX, ASA, FWSM, ASASM, Checkpoint, Stonesoft, Fortigate, Sidewinder, Cyberguard, Netscreen, Big-IP/F5, ModSecurityPro Switches: Cisco 2900, 3560, 3750, 4500, 6500 Routers: Cisco 3800, 7200, 7500, 7600; Nexus9K, ASRs, CSRs Intrusion Detection System: Sourcefire Load Balancers: Big-IP/F5, ACE, Brocade Required - must possess at least one (1) of the following (or other relevant certification): Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Routing & Switching Zero Trust Container Architecture (ZTCA) Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator - Internet Access (ZCCA-IA) Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator - Private Access (ZCCA-PA) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Data Center) Cloud IAT or IAM L3 or Higher Desired: Bachelor's Degree . Clearance: Must have a minimum active Top Secret clearance (US citizenship required).
