A Corporate Recruiter job is available in the Triad Area courtesy of LHH Recruitment Solutions! The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition in a corporate setting, and be a true team player. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Mentor and support the current recruiter, integrating recruiting efforts with the broader HR team.

• Lead and participate in various recruiting events such as apprenticeship programs, open houses, and job fairs.

• Manage recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, ensuring adherence to approval processes.

• Conduct full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, retention, promotion, and succession planning.

• Build relationships with candidates and external organizations to attract diverse talent.

• Implement and manage talent acquisition strategies and processes.

• Analyze workforce needs and implement staffing plans.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job profiles and strategies.

• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.

• Understanding of selection methods and techniques.

• Proficient in social media, job boards, and other hiring resources.

• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.

• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and other databases.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Well-organized and a strategic thinker.

• BS/BA in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
