Job Description
A Corporate Recruiter job is available in the Triad Area courtesy of LHH Recruitment Solutions! The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition in a corporate setting, and be a true team player.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Mentor and support the current recruiter, integrating recruiting efforts with the broader HR team.
Lead and participate in various recruiting events such as apprenticeship programs, open houses, and job fairs.
Manage recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, ensuring adherence to approval processes.
Conduct full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, retention, promotion, and succession planning.
Build relationships with candidates and external organizations to attract diverse talent.
Implement and manage talent acquisition strategies and processes.
Analyze workforce needs and implement staffing plans.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job profiles and strategies.
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
Understanding of selection methods and techniques.
Proficient in social media, job boards, and other hiring resources.
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and other databases.
Excellent communication skills.
Well-organized and a strategic thinker.
BS/BA in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Salary is commensurate with experience.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
