Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract HR Manager for an upcoming project to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes

• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts

• Implement and monitor performance management systems

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees

• Conduct training and development programs

• Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
