Account Service Manager! A successful candidate must have the skills to effectively communicate across all levels within an organization and possess the knowledge and skills sets to constantly evaluate and recommend positive change to enhance the partnership relation. Responsibilities
Assists Break-Fix technicians on color related machine problems as needed. Work closely with internal technical and engineering staff to define, communicate and resolve potential issues. Must be capable of conveying technical data as it relates to 3rd party solutions or color printing applications in easy to understand terms for customers and sales personnel Advise on implementation of appropriate activities. Assist in the continual improvements and development of innovating ways to service a worldwide fleet. Assess and make recommendations for organizational changes Qualifications
High School and Technical School graduate (or related military training) or equivalent experience. At least 3+ years' experience related to technical/repair of business equipment. A+, N+, CDIA, MCP, MCSE, project management certifications Self-motivated Service and project management skills Time managements and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent customer relation skills Teamwork; must work well with sales Desire to learn while maintaining industry certifications Demonstrated ability to motivate, teach and train co-workers A current and through knowledge of KM products. Experience in virtual access Proficient in Microsoft office Multilingual or bilingual
