About the Role
We are looking for a talented
Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
to ensure the quality and reliability of our platform through automation, innovation, and expertise. As an SDET at Nutrislice, you'll play a critical role in defining and maintaining a high standard of quality for our software. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in software testing or software development roles, with a focus on test automation. Strong programming skills in a modern language (e.g. Python or JavaScript). Proven experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Playwright). Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the development process. Experience testing web and mobile applications. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with Generative AI automation tools. Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter or Gatling). Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS). Understanding of accessibility testing tools and practices. Knowledge of backend development frameworks such as Python/Django or Node.js. What You'll Do Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites to ensure product quality across web, mobile, and backend systems. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to create robust testing strategies for new features. Contribute to the creation of a scalable test infrastructure that supports rapid development cycles. Perform exploratory testing and document test results for manual and automated test cases. Continuously improve test coverage and testing efficiency across our products. Act as a quality advocate within the development team, promoting best practices for testing and quality assurance.
