Data Science Vice President

Encore Talent is looking for a VP of Data Science and Solutions. This person will be responsible for Hardware and Software tracks for a proprietary platform that pulls data from the hardware into the data backend. This requires managing a team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Managers, as well as the creation of the roadmap and strategy for making the data platform more scalable. Responsibilities:

Knowledge, experience, and track record of success related to Data Science and Solutions leadership. Working knowledge in the following disciplines: Data Science and Engineering, Clinical, Pharmaceutical, and Leadership. Experience with taking a product from concept to market and post-release support. Analytical capabilities, persuasive and informative writing skills, and the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience working with Cloud environments - Ideally AWS. Experience with streaming and real-time analytics.
