Want to help scale one of the world's most transformative AI companies? Anthropic is seeking an exceptional Go-To-Market Recruiter to join our world-class recruiting team. You'll spearhead strategic hiring initiatives across our US-based Sales, Revenue Operations, Technical Sales, and Partnerships teams. In this pivotal role, you'll shape the future of our GTM organization by building thoughtful, data-driven recruiting processes while maintaining the highest quality standards in a rapidly evolving landscape. Responsibilities:
Design creative recruiting strategies to scale our GTM functions while maintaining exceptional quality standards Build data-driven systems to monitor recruiting effectiveness and pipeline health Create diverse candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies Partner with GTM leadership to understand hiring needs and implement effective processes Develop and refine role-specific interview processes that set candidates up for success Champion inclusive hiring practices and build diverse talent pipelines Create seamless experiences for both candidates and hiring teams Build Anthropic's reputation as an employer of choice in the AI and technology community You may be a good fit if you:
Have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record in GTM recruitment within high-growth environments Are an exceptional communicator who can navigate complex stakeholder relationships with ease Excel at building scalable recruiting processes and metrics-driven operations Are proficient with modern recruiting tools including Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered sourcing platforms Have successfully hired across all GTM levels, from early career to senior leadership Demonstrate commitment to equitable hiring practices Thrive in collaborative environments and embrace ambiguity while maintaining exceptionally high hiring standards Strong candidates may also:
Bring experience recruiting for AI/ML companies or enterprise software organizations Have built geographically diverse teams Deadline to apply:
