Certification Details BLS ACLS Registered Nurse license PALS Job Details Shift: 7a-730p, call required, Will float between preop and PACU, must have experience in both. Work Experience (Basic): 2 years of acute care RN experience Education (Required): Diploma or Associate Skills Required: IV insertion, Blood draws, PICC/Central Line management, A-line management, CPAP/BiPAP, Epidural/PCA pump, Feeding tubes, Continuous bladder irrigation, Wound vac Job Requirements Certification (Required): Registered Nurse Schedule Information Shift: 7a-730p, call required Additional Details Nursys Report (Prefer Compact Nursing License) COVID-19 Vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission. Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and/or positive laboratory titer Fit Test completed onsite, annually. Hepatitis B documentation or signed declination if not vaccinated. Influenza vaccine status required, only medical or religious declination accepted. 2 Negative TB skin tests or Quantiferon Gold within 90 days, updated annually. Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and/or positive laboratory titer Physical Capacity Documentation - essential functions capability within a year.
