Practice Setting
Outpatient clinic focused on older adult patients Nurse practitioner-led team with collaborative support Full MA/scribe and RN support available
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Full-time coverage needed with no call responsibilities
Procedures and Cases
General primary care for Medicare-aged patients (65+) Common cases include diabetes, hypertension, CHF, mild cognitive impairment, and coronary artery disease Manage 16-18 patients per day in a steady-paced environment
Requirements
Active Ohio NP license required Board Certified in Family Medicine or Adult Nurse Practitioner DEA certification and Arabic-speaking ability required
