Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a long-term contract employment opportunity in Princeton, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including handling inbound and outbound calls, managing calendars, coordinating events, and making travel arrangements.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Carry out data entry tasks with precision, updating and maintaining records.
• Manage email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to all queries and requests.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various administrative tasks.
• Oversee calendar management, scheduling meetings and appointments as necessary.
• Coordinate events, ensuring all aspects are organized and run smoothly.
• Handle travel arrangements, booking flights and accommodations as required.
• Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls with a detail-oriented approach.• Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle email correspondence in a timely and effective manner.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar management, and scheduling.
• Experience in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficient in drafting documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word.
• Proven experience in managing multiple calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Experience in coordinating events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
• Ability to handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
