The Detroit Tigers are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to serve as a seasonal Strength and Conditioning Associate during the 2025 major league season. The position will be based in Detroit, Michigan at Comerica Park and will begin in March 2025 and end September 2025.

Job Summary:
The Detroit Tigers are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to serve as a seasonal Strength and Conditioning Associate during the 2025 major league season. The position will be based in Detroit, Michigan at Comerica Park and will begin in March 2025 and end September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily implementation of the Detroit Tigers Strength and Conditioning Program
- Assisting/supervising team Warm-ups, Strength Training sessions, and Conditioning sessions
- Assisting Strength and Medical staffs with assembling and executing return to play S&C, running progressions, and corrective/repositioning routines for injured athletes
- Performing daily facility maintenance and cleaning
- Assisting with data entry and utilization of Sport Science Technology
- Assist with player assessments and evaluations
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- CSCS Certified through NSCA
- First Aid/CPR Certified
- Desire to work in field of Strength and Conditioning, preferably in Professional Baseball
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with college or professional baseball players
- Experience working with Sport Science Technology (including but not limited to, Catapult, ForceDecks, Gymaware, Proteus, Smartabase etc.)
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Office and outdoor environment
- Fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Evening, weekend, and holiday hours required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to relocate to Detroit, MI for duration of position (Approximately April - September) and work ful-time hours
- Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Will not be expected to travel with the major league team during the 2025 season
