The Client

We've just taken on an exciting new role at a global private equity firm based in Midtown Manhattan! This is an incredible team known for their down-to-earth people and welcoming culture. With about 150 in the New York office, the team is growing and is looking to add additional administrative support!


The Role

This role is a senior Executive Assistant primarily supporting a Senior Managing Director, two Managing Directors, and additional junior team members.

Duties include but are not limited to…

  • Heavy calendar management across time zones
  • Extensive travel arrangements
  • Expenses and invoicing
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Organizing events and restaurant reservations
  • Creating pitch decks and PowerPoint presentations
  • Ad hoc projects as needed


The Candidate

The team is looking for a well-rounded Executive Assistant who can truly hit the ground running. This person should be friendly, warm, and dedicated to their position and team. The individual should be confident yet humble and should bring a wealth of expertise behind them!

The ideal candidate will have…

  • 10-15 years of experience in a similar administrative position
  • Experience in financial services or real estate
  • Experience supporting C-suite as well as supporting a team
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Tech savvy and experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Great attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred


The Comp/Benefits

  • Paying $110-120k, dependent on experience
  • Full time in the office
