The Client
Our client is an investment banking firm with a strong culture and robust history. They are headquartered in New York and have offices across the globe.
The Role
Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a client-facing team by assisting ten individuals ranging from Managing Directors to Associates. The team is known for valuing a collaborative, respectful, and professional work environment. This individual will be responsible for a broad range of high-level administrative support.
Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing busy and ever-changing calendars; scheduling meetings across time zones
- Organizing complex international and domestic travel and preparing itineraries
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Expense management
- Ad hoc projects as needed
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, determined individual, with a no task too small mentality. They must be able to work independently and enjoy tackling the administrative challenges that come with working in a fast-paced environment.
Key requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the Financial Services industry
- Previous experience in investment banking preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and demonstrated decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Zoom, and Microsoft teams
- Bachelor Degree preferred, but not required
The Comp/Benefits
- $80,000 - 90,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid schedule; 3 days in the office!
- OT eligible
