52 Primary Purpose and Essential Functions: Reporting to the Chair of the Preventative and Restorative Dentistry Department, the successful candidate will oversee didactic, simulated, and clinical student learning experiences in the discipline, engaging in teaching across various formats including didactic, simulation, and clinical activities, scholarship, research, and service. The position is full-time, teacher-clinician non-tenure track; 4 days per week, 52 weeks per year. Responsibilities: Teaching:

Deliver lectures, seminars, preclinical simulation laboratory teaching, clinical teaching, and computer-based individualized instruction. Curriculum Design and Course Directorship:

Design, lead, and manage Operative Dentistry and Fixed Prosthodontic courses. Patient Care:

Supervise student care of patients in the Dugoni School of Dentistry clinics. Research/Scholarship:

Build research endeavors, engage in scholarly publications and presentations. Collaboration and Service:

Engage in school, university, professional, and community service opportunities. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of dental school educational processes and techniques. Minimum 2 years teaching/clinical practice experience. DDS / DMD or international equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching predoc students in a dental school. Experience in curriculum design and course directing. Hiring Range:
