The Role and What You’ll Do: Lead and/or oversee day-to-day client relationship management. Serve as a strategic lead managing work across scoped accounts and short term projects. Lead deal negotiation and contracting with partners including studios and production companies. Oversee entertainment marketing work including brand integrations in tv/film, industry event sponsorships/partnerships and original branded content development. Leverage existing network of relationships across the industry including producers, writers, agents, managers, etc. to drive program objectives and client connections. Develop and present POVs/recommendations to clients. Oversee measurement and reporting of program tactics to ensure goals are met. Support new business opportunities with ideation, presentation and deck/proposal writing. Guide the strategy, planning, coordination, execution and measurement of client initiatives. Help counsel clients with new and creative ideas and trends across entertainment and culture (tech, fashion, entertainment, sports and music). Collaborate with colleagues in other divisions across the 160over90/Endeavor network to share learnings and gather upstream intelligence. Oversee key account responsibilities including budget tracking and forecasting, operations and internal leadership updates. Collaborate with client’s other agency partners (advertising, media, PR, etc.) throughout marketing campaign development and activation. Support senior department leads in shaping insights and strategies for the Entertainment Marketing group. Be a motivational, supportive and accountable people manager in a fast-paced environment. You Have These: Bachelor’s Degree– marketing preferred. 13+ years of marketing experience. Prior agency, network or studio experience is required. Experience working with brand clients, internal teams and other agency partners. Previous experience in brand integrations into tv/film and/or original branded content is preferred. Experience managing day-to-day relationships with client, properties, agencies and vendors. Strong account and project management skills and the ability to multitask multiple client requests. Established relationships across the entertainment industry. Deep knowledge of the tv landscape, including production companies and key creators/executives in entertainment. Exceptional attention-to-detail and organizational skills, and fully capable of managing and working on multiple projects within tight deadlines. Strong negotiation skills. Team player with a positive attitude. Superior pitching/presentation skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong writing skills. Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Dependable and proactive. Hiring Range Minimum: $150,000 annually Hiring Range Maximum: $200,000 annually
