Their low employee turnover rate reflects the strong work-life balance and positive culture that the company is known for.Description * Manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction to project completion. * Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely and quality outcomes. * Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure project goals are met. * Handle project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports. * Ensure that all safety protocols and company standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. * Provide leadership and guidance to ensure smooth execution of projects valued between $1-10M.ProfileThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor. Experience managing projects from cradle to grave, either interior or base building, with values ranging from $1-10M is essential. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but significant experience will also be considered.
