Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
  • Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Process invoices and assist with basic accounting functions

  • Provide support to senior staff and team members as needed

Qualifications:
