About the role:

The Course Specialist II will manage the successful execution of assigned Healthcare Provider (HCP) courses and projects as directed by the Course Manager, through effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, all while ensuring alignment with the Endoscopy Professional Education strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

* End-to-end planning and on-site execution of HCP education courses, including the set up and breakdown of clinical models/equipment, with a focus on continuous improvement to enhance the educational experience. * Effectively communicate with HCP course attendees, and build trusted relationships with HCP faculty. * Serve as the liaison/resident expert for cross-collaborative internal partners (Product Management, Field Sales, R&D, Sales Training etc.) in assigned focus areas. * Fulfillment of grant product requests, providing on-site support as needed. * Define and reconcile course budgets, considering areas for cost savings and how to maximize resource allocation. * Verify that all courses and reporting adhere to the financial arrangements with US Healthcare Provider policies.

Required qualifications:

* Minimum bachelor's degree in business/healthcare discipline or equivalent * Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device or a related field * Ability to travel up to 75%

Preferred qualifications:

* Strong oral and written communication skills * Prior experience in education in medical device preferred * Ability to self-manage projects and deliver on specific timelines * Established track record of external customer-facing excellence and internal cross-functional relationship building
