About the Opportunity
OKX is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to join its US Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the US CEO, the individual will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, managing projects, overseeing the US governance processes and helping the CEO build and execute on the US strategy. The person should be a highly motivated, and a results-oriented individual who has demonstrated the capability to build relationships and lead the roll out of strategic initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing Work closely with the CEO and the global / regional functional groups to develop and deploy US specific strategic initiatives. The individual will monitor and report on the progress of these initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals Serve as a liaison between the US CEO and various stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination Collaborate with the product team to roll out new products, enhance existing products and develop new offerings that meet market demands, ensuring product alignment with business goals and customer needs. The COS will also enhance and enforce the US governance mechanism that cover new products and services Work with relevant global teams to ensure relevant data, information and reports are supplied to the US CEO Office. Ensure data driven decision making through meticulous analyses and reporting. In this regard, the COS will also be required to prepare and present reports to senior management highlighting achievements, challenges and areas for improvement Help develop scalable processes within the US franchise that will help manage issues and build new products as the business grows. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of various teams, programs and initiatives Be a representative of the US CEO to attend meetings and events on their behalf. In-depth knowledge of the US Capital Markets and Crypto Markets Proven experience in project management and operations in a regulated financial services organization Demonstrated ability to work closely with product teams and various functional groups in a matrix organization Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading and growing high-performing global teams. The salary range for this position is $190,000 - $262,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
