Responsibilities

We are seeking an

Experienced Software Developer

to join our team in

Exton, PA . This role involves developing, customizing, and implementing software solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the project team and our client(s) to gather requirements, deliver impactful solutions, and ensure client business processes are enhanced. As an experienced software developer, you will take on greater ownership of complex features, integration tasks, and mentorship of junior developers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, be dedicated to detail and quality, and foster a positive, open work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development & Integration Design, develop, and implement software solutions independently. Customize and integrate applications with third-party systems or data sources. Lead the implementation of complex features and software integrations. Client Engagement

Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical expertise. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mentorship & Collaboration

Begin mentoring junior developers by offering guidance on technical tasks and best practices. Foster a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared among team members Technical Execution

Troubleshoot, resolve, and conduct root cause analysis for moderately complex issues. Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for client projects and internal tools. Lead unit and integration testing to ensure solution quality. Process & Quality Improvements

Participate in design discussions and conduct code reviews to uphold high development standards. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance technical solutions. Qualifications

Skills & Competencies

Technical Expertise

Proficiency in

C#, .NET, JavaScript, and XSLT , with experience building and maintaining web applications. Strong understanding of the

software development lifecycle (SDLC)

and

Agile methodologies . Experience with consuming and building

RESTful APIs

and knowledge of

SOAP services . Proficiency in

version control systems

and

DevOps practices , including CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of

relational databases

and advanced SQL querying. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills

Strong analytical skills to efficiently comprehend requirements and make recommendations for process improvements Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Communication Skills

Strong communication skills to converse effectively with business analysts, project managers, customers, and other involved stakeholders. Ability to engage effectively with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver tailored solutions. Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field (or international equivalent). Typically requires

3+ years of experience

in software development, particularly in a client-facing role. Relevant certifications (e.g.,

.NET Developer Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner ) are a plus. A fundamental understanding of the

insurance/financial industry

is highly desirable.
