Are you looking for an internship where you make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Supply Chain Intern!

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational company with a focus on supporting our North American operations. The intern will assist with tasks such as inventory management, data analysis, procurement support, reporting, sustainability and more.

What you will do:
  • Support the centralization of contract information, including organizing, updating, and maintaining a contract database
  • Help process and track role requests within the Supply Chain Department, ensuring timely updates and role assignments
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, optimize processes, and support decision-making within the supply chain
  • Assist in organizing and cleaning up digital and physical folders and systems to improve efficiency and accessibility of information
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships, including tracking performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining communication records
  • Support inventory management tasks, including tracking inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, and generating reports
  • Help coordinate logistics activities, including shipment tracking, freight management, and resolving transportation issues
  • Assist with procurement activities, including creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing supplier contracts
  • Support compliance monitoring for supply chain activities, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and update regular supply chain reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess market conditions, and gather competitive intelligence
  • Assist in implementing and tracking sustainability initiatives within the supply chain, such as reducing carbon footprint and waste management
  • Perform cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget management
  • Assist in conducting supplier audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support demand planning activities, including forecasting demand, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with sales and production teams
  • Prepare and review supply chain documentation, including shipping documents, invoices, and compliance certificates
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with accurate supply chain data
What you will need:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical abilities and priority setting abilities required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software programs
  • SAP experience (strongly preferred)
