How you will make history here...
- Grow the brand through data analysis, pricing analysis, brand project management, packaging development, new product development, consumer promotion and sales collateral development
- Sharpen your leadership, strategic and execution skills.
- Drive growth on either Rao's or Pacific Foods brands - building and executing plans to meet annual brand, financial and share objectives.
What you will do...
- Develop insight-driven marketing strategies, brand positioning, innovation, communication and long-term category vision.
- Develop holistic view of macro trends, category and competitive landscape to identify key opportunities for growth
- Lead business analytics (share, competitive, consumption drivers) to uncover insights and develop growth strategies
- Monitor performance against business objectives and recommend course corrections as needed
- Manage monthly consumption analysis and volume forecast.
- Identify risks and opportunities to deliver on annual operating plan (AOP).
- Develop category innovation pipeline from concept development to in-market execution and lead cross-functional teams through stage gate and commercialization processes.
- Partner with Integrated Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Agency partners to develop breakthrough marketing campaigns and retail support plans
- Manage P&L and proactively look for opportunities to improve margins.

- Distinctive Brands marketing teams, including innovation, integrated marketing and insights partners
- Cross-functional partners including sales, demand planning, R&D, finance and supply chain
- External creative and media agency partners
What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years experience in consumer goods manufacturing or consumer-facing industry
- Experience with analytics/data sets to inform strategy - e.g. IRI Unify, Nielsen & SPINS
It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)
- MBA (preferred)
- Food industry experience
- Experience with purpose-driven food brands is a nice plus
Working Conditions:
*This position will work in a company headquarter Camden, NJ 3 days a week
*Travel as needed (10-15%) to company meetings, company training, customer meetings, and other regions as business needs demand
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$119,600-$171,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
