How you will make history here...

The Brand Manager, Marketing - Beverage role will sharpen your leadership, strategic & execution skills. You will be responsible for driving growth for the brand by building and executing plans to meet annual brand, finance & share objectives. Responsibilities include the development of insight-driven marketing strategies, brand positioning, innovation, communication & long-term category vision.

The Brand Manager will also support their Director, Marketing in developing the vision and strategic long-range planning for the V8 portfolio.

What you will do...

  • Brand Strategy - Develop and deliver a compelling and achievable vision for the V8 100% Fruit and Veg and V8 Splash portfolio. Develop holistic view of macro trends, category & competitive landscape, and a deep understanding of consumer motivations to identify key opportunities for growth.

  • P&L Management - Partner with cross-functional teams (H2 Innovation, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and Sales Strategy & Planning) to effectively commercialize and execute plans with excellence and proactively look for opportunities to improve margins

  • Business Analysis/Planning - Lead business analytics (share, competitive, consumption drivers), monitor performance against business objectives and recommend course corrections as needed. Manage monthly consumption analysis and volume forecast, working with demand planning & sales strategy to deliver accurate forecast. Identify risks and opportunities to deliver on annual operating plan.

  • Innovation/Commercialization - Develop innovation pipeline (line extensions, renovation, new pack/format) from concept development to in-market execution. Lead cross-functional teams through stage gate and commercialization process. Collaborate with key partners across sales & insights teams to develop compelling sell-in story and materials.

  • Activation - Develop and execute creative strategies / big ideas, marketing programs, and corresponding tactics. Work with agency partners to develop tactics consistent with the brand positioning and consumer target.

  • Team Building - Provide guidance, mentorship, and support for two direct reports, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with team goals and company values.

What you will bring to the table...

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 5 years experience with heavy emphasis of experience in product/brand marketing

  • People leadership experience

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • MBA strongly preferred

  • Beverage experience preferred

  • Experience managing a portfolio of products

  • Experience with brand turnaround

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$144,200-$207,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
