The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager & Field Maintenance. Bell SPI consists of a team that thrives with communication, team-building, and decision-making skills. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including the deliveries, storage, dispatch, and delivery of equipment and materials (paint and wall covering mostly), as well as overseeing the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and pumps.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the deliveries, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment to projects.
  2. Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound materials such as paint, sundries and wall covering, including deliveries.
  3. Organize and optimize warehouse and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  4. Manage the repair and maintenance of pumps and related mechanical equipment used in warehouse operations.
  5. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  6. Manage stock levels, make key decisions about stock control, and ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements.
  7. Maintenance and service/repair spray equipment/airless'/pumps. Inventory equipment, parts/accessories.
  8. Support superintendents and deal with issues in the field on projects throughout (metro Denver & Boulder only). You will be working on Commercial construction sites with general contractors and PPE will be required.
  9. Maintain efficient equipment log to track all equipment and check in/out from projects; all equipment must be tracked by job, pumps by number and type.
  10. Project Delivery and Logistics Management.
  11. Track and analyze key performance metrics such as stock levels and delivery times.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with mechanical systems of equipment, including pumps and warehouse equipment.
  3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  5. Technical aptitude for understanding mechanical equipment and repairs.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Bilingual in Spanish-English is a huge plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
