Job Description
We are in the process of recruiting an Administrative Assistant to be a part of our team. This position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio and is in the industry of administration. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The Administrative Assistant will be expected to handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, customer service, and managing office communications.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently processing and updating expense reports
• Accurately entering team timesheets and vendor invoices
• Handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service as needed
• Regularly updating and maintaining customer records
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to carry out tasks
• Addressing and resolving account discrepancies
• Assisting in ensuring all administrative procedures run smoothly within the team
• Providing backup for phone coverage when required
• Adequate usage of Concur for administrative purposes
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions as needed
• Proficiency in Answering Inbound Calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a detail oriented phone manner
• Proven experience in Customer Service, showcasing an ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Strong Data Entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word, demonstrating the ability to create spreadsheets, manage emails, and create documents
• Familiarity with Concur software, showcasing an ability to work in a project-based environment
• Experience in entering Vendor Invoices, demonstrating ability to manage company finances accurately
• Ability to identify and resolve Account Discrepancies, showcasing strong problem-solving skills
