We are on the lookout for a proficient Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team in Trenton, New Jersey. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing outstanding customer service, and handling data entry tasks. Additionally, you will be involved in email correspondence, managing Microsoft Office tools, and scheduling appointments.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks.

• Proven experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to students, staff and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of information.
• Demonstrated ability to handle email correspondence in a detail oriented and timely manner.
• Experience in both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing superior telephone etiquette and ability to manage multiple lines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and formulas.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage emails, appointments, and contacts efficiently.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, with an emphasis on coordinating schedules and maintaining an organised calendar.
