Responsibilities:


• Efficient management of customer credit applications

• Maintenance of accurate customer credit records

• Handling detail oriented email correspondence with precise grammar and clarity

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and ShareFile for efficient task and document management

• Translation of written and verbal communications between English and Spanish, ensuring accuracy and detail orientation

• Adapting swiftly to support various team members and shifting priorities

• Maintaining a detail oriented yet casual office environment

• Demonstrating sharp organizational skills and a willingness to learn

• Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service

• Scheduling appointments effectively.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Proven experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls.

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining databases.

• Excellent abilities in answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries.

• Skilled in detail oriented email correspondence.

• Proven ability to schedule and manage appointments effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of organization and ability to multitask.

Bilingual in Spanish is required
