The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing various programs and projects, maintaining detail oriented relationships, and handling administrative record keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and overseeing various programs and projects
• Maintaining accurate financial records and implementing office administrative practices
• Handling document review and processing, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures
• Maintaining detail oriented relationships with colleagues and clients
• Utilizing word processing information systems and other computer applications related to the work
• Planning, organizing, and prioritizing work to meet critical deadlines
• Researching, preparing, and handling various materials for reports and correspondence
• Supervising and directing others on a project or day-to-day basis
• Upholding the company's Standards of Behavior and Scope of Services
• Using the Epic Software for various administrative tasks.• Demonstrated ability in Planning and Procedures
• Familiarity with Policy Compliance and Research methods
• Experience in Materials Handling and Review processes
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Supervising skills are essential
• Knowledge of the 'About Time' software is desirable
• Ability to manage Correspondence effectively
• Competence in performing Ad Hoc Financial tasks
• Understanding of Regulation and Implementation processes
• Adherence to best Practices and Authorizations
• Clear understanding of administrative Principles
• Proficiency in Office Administration tasks
• Proficiency in Word Processing and Record Keeping
• Experience with Epic Software is beneficial
• Ability to communicate in a detail oriented Manner
• Strong Writing Skills are required
• Proficiency in Records Management
• Familiarity with various Computer Programs is necessary.
