Job Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant located in White Plains, New York. This role is central to our team and will involve managing administrative tasks for up to five team members, ensuring smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of travel expense reports
• Manage and maintain an organized calendar system
• Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed
• Assist in the organization of internal and external meetings, including town halls and leadership meetings
• Schedule interviews as required
• Liaise with the Executive Assistant to manage the flow of work and tasks
• Utilize the Microsoft Platform, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel, to support daily operations
• Employ skills in Data Entry and Email Correspondence to maintain accurate records and communication
• Familiarity with Concur and Workday systems, though not essential, would be beneficial
• Maintain detail-oriented communication and conduct at all times.
• Candidate must possess strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.• Ability to handle and manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create and edit spreadsheets.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, specifically for managing email and calendar appointments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required, including the ability to draft and edit documents.
• Must have the ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring smooth business operations.
• Experience with Workday software is preferred, particularly for HR and financial management tasks.
