Job Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. This role is primarily based in the office and engages heavily in the industry of customer service and administration.
Responsibilities:
• Answering high volumes of inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing and scheduling appointments on the calendar
• Handling heavy scanning duties efficiently
• Utilizing Drake Tax software for specific administrative tasks
• Responsible for both inbound and outbound calls
• Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
• Corresponding via email with customers and team members
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, with a strong emphasis on customer service• Demonstrated experience in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently and with attention to detail
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and edit spreadsheets
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage emails, contacts, and calendar events
• Experience in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and edit documents
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the office
