Job Description
We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Bakersfield, California. In this role, you will be expected to carry out a variety of administrative tasks including electronic filing, processing assessment cases, and providing support and assistance to the Assessment Program Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Handle scanning and electronic filing tasks diligently.
• Conduct the intake process for applicants going through the screening process.
• Respond appropriately to correspondence.
• Handle information requests, ensuring they are managed professionally and promptly.
• Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks as assigned to ensure they are completed in an expedited manner.
• Uphold confidentiality of information at all times.
• Should be comfortable with answering inbound calls.
• Ability to handle authorizations effectively.
• Experience in benefit functions is desired.
• Proficiency in document scanning is required.
• Must have experience in filing and managing paperwork.
