Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient document management through scanning and electronic filing

• Ensure proper organization and retrieval of files as and when needed

• Contribute to the upkeep of the office, including end-of-day tasks

• Show strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating good telephone skills

• Assist in customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service

• Engage in data entry tasks and email correspondence as needed

• Utilize Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various tasks

• Schedule appointments and manage meeting logistics

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Strong skills in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle email correspondence with detail orientation and efficiency.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately, taking into account the preferences and availability of all parties involved.

• Experience with document scanning and converting physical documents into digital formats.

• Familiarity with scanning equipment and software for document digitization.

• Proficiency in paper filing, ensuring documents are stored securely and can be retrieved easily.

• Experience with e-Filing systems, ensuring digital documents are stored securely and can be accessed efficiently.
