We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the non-profit sector based in St Louis Earnings Tx, Missouri, United States. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in managing client interactions, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and promptly respond to inquiries
• Greet and assist visitors in a detail oriented manner
• Contribute to client communication through efficient email correspondence
• Oversee the tracking and recording of client file applications
• Carry out document archiving and maintenance tasks
• Manage the processing and filing of received invoices
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel Spreadsheet, and Outlook for daily tasks
• Learn and adapt to the use of the internal system, training will be provided.• Proficiency in answering inquiries from clients, donors, and the public in a detail oriented and timely manner
• Demonstrated expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Experience in email archiving, ensuring correspondence is properly stored and easily accessible
• Familiarity with filing systems, with the ability to maintain both digital and physical files in an organized manner
