We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Charlotte, North Carolina. The primary function of this role is to support the General Counsel by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, handling expense reports, and processing time requests. This role is remote and operates within regular business hours.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the General Counsel's calendar to ensure their schedule is organized and up-to-date.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
• Handle expense reports, ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded and submitted in a timely manner.
• Process time requests in Workday for the General Counsel's direct reports.
• Provide traditional support to the team, identifying areas where assistance is needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to complete tasks and projects.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain ongoing email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to promptly.
• Schedule appointments as necessary, coordinating with all involved parties.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in email correspondence, maintaining detail oriented communication at all times.
• Capable of handling both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, managing email communications and scheduling effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of creating detail oriented presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents.
• Demonstrated experience in scheduling appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
