Administrative Assistant | $18/hr. | 8am –- 5pm, Monday - Friday

Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing client requests, coordinating internal communications, and ensuring the timely processing of client-related tasks. This role involves working closely with the account manager and various departments to maintain smooth operations. The assistant will track client requests, manage reports, and ensure the quality of outgoing materials. They will also handle client inquiries and provide support in special projects and training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Log and track client requests
- Distribute updates, requests, and relevant information to the team
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate mailings and special projects
- Serve as a backup in the call center and assist with client inquiries
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong background in Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow office protocol
- Professional appearance and self-motivated
