Job Duration: 12 Months Contract on W2
Job Location: - Blacksburg, VA

Note: US Citizen are required for this position.

Job Description:

  • Preparing documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and ensuring they are clean and aligned.
  • Operating scanning equipment and software to create digital copies.
  • Organizing and storing digital documents in an orderly manner for easy retrieval.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Performing quality checks to ensure the accuracy and readability of scanned documents
  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into computer systems.
  • Verifying data accuracy and correcting any errors.
  • Maintaining databases and ensuring data is up to date.
  • Using data management software proficiently to organize and retrieve data
  • Requires attention to detail, good organization skills, and the ability to work with technology.
