About the role:

We are looking for dedicated entry-level Technicians to join our growing team. This role is “the face” of Guardian Data LLC and works across multiple departments to service our clients. This role gives you the opportunity to learn a number of different skills, while making a direct impact on delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Our ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with laptops, desktops, and iPads/tablets
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven team player, with a positive, adaptable attitude
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
• Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly
• Excellent MS Office skills, including MS Teams

What the job involves:

• Working directly at customer sites on various projects
• White glove packing of IT assets
• Auditing and scanning of project paperwork
• Assisting CDL drivers with truck maintenance and any other tasks assigned to you
• Communicating directly with the Team Lead on the project’s progress or challenges faced
• Receiving training on hard drive erasures, data center decommissioning, shred and logistics projects
• Adhering to safety regulations and industry-specific regulations
