ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage monthly close, prepare and present monthly executive reports
  • Manage the companys financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and plans
  • Plan, implement, and supervise the companys financial strategy
  • Manage and support the companys financial reviews and audits
  • Maintain proper accounting guidelines and procedures
  • Monitor daily financial transactions
  • Provide recommendations to internal business stakeholders
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by the executive management team
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Ability to control and manage teams effectively
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with IRS audits, taxation, CPA, and EA (Enrolled Agent), but these are not required
