ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage monthly close, prepare and present monthly executive reports
- Manage the companys financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and plans
- Plan, implement, and supervise the companys financial strategy
- Manage and support the companys financial reviews and audits
- Maintain proper accounting guidelines and procedures
- Monitor daily financial transactions
- Provide recommendations to internal business stakeholders
- Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by the executive management team
- 5+ years of experience
- Ability to control and manage teams effectively
- Preferred qualifications include experience with IRS audits, taxation, CPA, and EA (Enrolled Agent), but these are not required
