We are looking for a Selections Coordinator who is an exceptional listener and communicator, is highly organized, positive, and professional to join our growing team. The Selections Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Interior Design Specialist with all interior and exterior design selections- functioning as a client concierge through the design selections process, sourcing project materials, creating selection schedules, and guiding clients to make selections in a timely manner. This role reports directly to the Interior Design Specialist.

- Must be able to bend, lift packages of 20 pounds, climb stairs, and have own transportation to complete errands
- Interior Design and/or Customer Service experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software is a plus
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints is a plus Job Duties
- Familiarize yourself with the Paquin Design/Build construction process, building techniques, and software platform
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Job Supervisor, Estimating / Design team, subcontractors, and vendors to meet deadlines and address customer needs
- Participate in staff and client meetings as necessary
- Maintain all project selection files throughout the course of the build
- Track and manage selections for multiple projects, in various phases of construction
- Assist clients with allowanced & budgeted items during the selections process
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships, and obtain vendor quotes/estimates
- Enter all selections into company software for clients to review and approve
- Process all necessary change orders for the project
- Ensure selection information is entered into the company software
- Coordinate with Job Supervisor and/or vendors to ensure correct product is purchased and/or received
- Call handling incoming calls
