Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level IT Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technical roles. You will play a vital part in ensuring our clients have access to the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract top IT talent.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to better serve clients and candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and encourage referrals.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
