Hansen Talent Group is hiring: Technical Recruiter in Lexington

HTG is a growing Technical Staffing company located in Lexington, SC. We are seeking a local, highly motivated Senior/Lead Recruiter to join our team! This role would help mentor junior recruiters and help with other lead role tasks. This is a fast-paced position requiring you to have strong proficiency with database management and standard office efficiency suites, including Excel and Outlook. This is a hybrid position, requiring at least 2-3 days a week in the Lexington, SC office.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
