Data Analyst - Material and Documentation Job at Robert Half in Loveland

We are offering a contract for a meticulous Data Analyst - Material and Documentation in the Agriculture industry, located in LOVELAND, Colorado. You will be involved in managing and analyzing complex data sets, documenting business processes, and supporting operations through effective communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
• Handle the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedure documentation for the Retail Data Solutions Team
• Efficiently manage and assign tasks from Service Now and shared email box
• Actively participate in SAP for new and existing master data requests in order to support operations
• Collaborate with data requestors to troubleshoot and resolve request concerns
• Assist in maintaining data request trackers and provide updates to management
• Take part in mini projects assigned by leadership for data cleanup or standardization
• Carry out other duties as assigned.• Proven expertise in Documentation and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Operations and Analytics, particularly in the Agriculture industry
• Knowledge of Materials Handling and About Time software
• Strong Leadership Skills with the ability to Troubleshoot complex issues
• Familiarity with Retail and Construction sectors
• Understanding of Standard Operation Procedure and Business Process Functions
• Proficiency in Data Management and communication, with the ability to Prepare Datasets
• Experience with Mindset Software and Views
• Ability to manage Trackers and Master Data Management
• Knowledge of Nitrogen use in Agriculture
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA software for business operations
• Experience in QA Management
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
