BluShark Digital is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic SEO Digital Marketing agency. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, track performance, and support decision-making for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Tag Manager to setup, deploy pixels, and integrate with other tracking technologies
- Maintain and create Tag Managers for new and existing clients
- Perform in-depth analysis around audiences and attribution to drive recommendations
- Track for events including: Form Submissions, Phone Calls, Chat Clicks, Landing Page Events
- Come up with new and creative A/B tests
- Implement A/B tests in Google Optimize
- Analyze A/B testing successes and failures
- Analyze user behavior and customer funnels
- Analyze data trends and find red flags
- Analyze success of landing pages and opportunities for growth
- Develop KPIs, gauge channel performance and user engagement, identify actionable insights, and communicate results through dashboards and presentations and written analyses.
- Act as a consultant to other teams on analytics-based digital media strategies, including content strategy, social media, email, search engine optimization and paid search/social media
- Present findings and data to upper management
- Creating and maintaining all monthly reporting and special ad hoc reports for clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Advertising or related field (Masters in Marketing Analytics or related field a plus).
- 12 months of experience in Marketing Analytics, a data analysis role, preferably in an SEO or digital marketing setting
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Call Rail, Google Looker Studio, Google tag manager, Google Sheets
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively
