At Wolter, we’re on a mission to move, store, and power the world more efficiently, and we need a dynamic Operations Data Analyst to help make that happen. As part of our team, you’ll take ownership of critical analytics projects, including our weekly data updates and SIOP improvements (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning). You’ll also work closely with our SWAT team and play a key role in integrating data across multiple ERP systems—all while being part of a collaborative and supportive environment that celebrates creativity and results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage key data analytics projects, including weekly performance updates.
  • Drive SIOP improvements, focusing on eShipping and inventory optimization.
  • Assist with the integration of data into a new tool for managing business across multiple ERP systems.
  • Partner with internal teams to streamline workflows through data-driven solutions and insights.
  • Create reports, forecasts, and visual dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with the SWAT team to address complex analytics needs and support the Vsimple workflow implementation.
  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to leadership that drive growth, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • SIOP experience is highly preferred, but we’re also excited to meet candidates with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn!
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis within logistics, supply chains, or industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics, inventory management, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Experience integrating data across ERP systems is a big plus!
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with a “get-it-done” attitude.
