Warehouse Manager

Location: Auburn, Kentucky

Salary: $115,000-$130,000

• The Warehouse Manager oversees warehousing, palletizing, and distribution operations at a manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound materials, supporting uninterrupted production line deliveries, overseeing off-site storage, and coordinating with other departments to meet operational targets. The role emphasizes cost efficiency, continuous process improvement, and multi-shift team leadership in a fast-paced, non-union environment.
• Duties involve empowering and developing staff through coaching, ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety guidelines, budgeting for distribution, and optimizing warehouse layouts.
• The manager will handle contracts for equipment, enforce documentation standards for regulated materials, and lead safety programs (e.g., SQF, HACCP).
• Requirements include a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Purchasing (preferred), 7–10 years in warehouse management, experience with third-party logistics, and proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
