Job Title: Legal Recruiting Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY offices

Payrate: $130,000 - $145,000 per year

Prestigious national law firm client of Addison Group’s seeks Legal Recruiting Manager to sit in either Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY offices. Interested candidates must be willing to work three days in office at either location.

Job Responsibilities include-

· Conduct Associate recruiting for firm as well as support efforts towards lateral Partner recruiting, handled by Legal Recruiting Director

· Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with marketing to develop strong pipeline of summer associates

· Participate in annual strategic growth plan process

· Supervise talent acquisition staff; mentor and coach junior recruiters

Candidate Requirements include-

· Bachelor’s degree required

· 5+ years recruitment experience for legal or other professional services firm

· High level of professionalism and previous experience collaborating with senior leadership

· Proven experience handling highly sensitive or confidential matters
