Job Title: Legal Recruiting Manager
Location: Washington, DC
Payrate: $130000 - $145000 / year
Boutique law firm client of Addison Group's with 8 offices nationwide seeks Legal Recruiting Manager to sit in Washington, DC office location. Interested candidates must live within commutable distance and be willing to work three days in office each week.
Job Responsibilities include-
•Conduct Law Student recruiting for firm and oversee summer associate programs
•Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with Hiring Partner and Recruiting Committee to develop strong pipeline of summer associates
•Maintain partnerships with key feeder schools and their career services offices to identify top talent
•Partner with Director of Diversity & Inclusion to develop strategies on recruitment and retention of diverse top talent
Candidate Requirements include-
•Bachelor's degree required
•5+ years law firm recruiting experience
•High level of professionalism and previous experience collaborating with senior leadership
•Previous experience with viDesktop preferred
