The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for pulling, preparing, and staging orders for delivery as well
as ensuring the necessary data is entered into the system to complete each order accurately. The
individual in this role will help the Hardgoods Product Manager guide and train warehouse staff in the
day-to-day tasks to ensure the warehouse operations are functioning effectively and efficiently. This
position is responsible for helping to keep the warehouse neat and orderly while also moving inventory
to restock and maintaining accurate product counts. A strong attention to detail and the ability to be
flexible with changing demands are necessary traits to succeed in this role. This position ensures
merchandise handling remains a strategic advantage for CK Supply.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and hardgoods distribution by initiating, coordinating, and
enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse through planning and implementing new
design layouts and adhering to the 5S principles
• Control inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage
system
• Provide guidance and training to the warehouse personnel
• Actively participate and assist in the departmental Level 10 meetings
• Follow and enforce all safety guidelines and requirements including proper personal protective
equipment for employees and visitors
• Other duties, as assigned, within the job classification and business

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Preferred three (3) years of experience in warehousing, receiving, and inventory control
• Supervisory experience preferred
• The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and delegating the workload as needed
• Reading, writing, counting, and basic mathematical skills required to accurately complete
necessary documentation
• Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs from floor to waist without assistance regularly
• Must be able to operate and safely use all necessary equipment located in the Warehouse
• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, reach, grab, and pull frequently
