Twin-Star International Inc is hiring: Associate, Warehouse in Summerville

General Summary

The Warehouse Associate will assist in the daily warehouse activities which include processing inbound and outbound shipments, parts inventory management, daily reporting and other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager. This includes, but is not limited to, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in the delivery area, etc.

Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill daily orders
• Receive and unload trailers to stock inventory
• Use hand trucks and pallet jacks to move inventory
• Pull and stage orders for each carrier
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure all product is safely and securely packed and labeled
• Load trailers after orders have been checked by order checker
• Manage all merchandise with appropriate care
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Education and/or Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience: Warehouse environment experience, pallet jack, shrink wrapping, standing long hours, heavy lifting. Basic PC skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Able to multitask and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
