We’re looking for a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to manage materials and products for our manufacturing process! If you're organized and detail-oriented, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly warehouse inventory checks and resolve discrepancies
- Calculate pricing for raw materials and packaging in the warehouse
- Manage off-site warehouse storage and deliveries
- Prepare daily warehouse reports and ensure accuracy
- Reconcile warehouse accounts and request missing invoices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or 12 months of related warehouse experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Office365
- Experience with inventory software and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment
